About 3,000 stars are on display around Minot, N.D. as part of the Stars of HOPE program. The art project has been placed in neighborhoods across the country and Japan to bring hope and inspiration to the children and families of disaster stricken communities. The communities then “pay it forward” by moving the stars to a new community. Minot will find out where they will move their stars this Saturday, June 22, 2013.
